Below are answers to common questions about shipping, delivery, and purchasing original artwork. If you need any additional information before placing an order, feel free to reach out directly.

Where do you ship?

Original artworks are currently shipped within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes. Shipping is included in the purchase price of each artwork.

When will my artwork ship?

Each work is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to preservation and safe transit. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing prior to shipment.

When will my artwork arrive?

Delivery timelines vary by carrier, but most works arrive within approximately two weeks of purchase.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. A tracking number will be provided once your artwork has been released to the carrier.

Can I add declared value coverage to my shipment?

Yes. Shipping carriers offer a declared value option for an additional fee:

  • Up to $500 declared value: $7

  • Up to $1,000 declared value: $20

Please note that declared value is not the same as insurance coverage. If you would like to add this optional service, please contact Brittany prior to shipment.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

A signature is required for all orders valued at $500 and above to help ensure secure delivery.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. Due to the unique and original nature of each work, returns are not accepted.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Shipping addresses may be updated prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, any changes must be handled directly with the carrier.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please make contact within 48 hours of delivery.

To assist with resolution, please provide:

  • Photographs of the exterior packaging

  • A photo of the shipping label

  • Photographs of the artwork and any visible damage

 

Please retain all original packaging. Brittany will work directly with you to arrange repair, replacement, or refund. If a comparable work is unavailable, alternative options or a refund will be discussed. Return shipping for damaged works will be covered.
